Accomplishments

-Ran off 75% of the department members that have been there since before he was elected

-Used his position push out Deputies if they didn't blindly follow his lead

-Used his position as a popularity contest

-Would staff the North End of the county with double the amount of officers than the South End

-Would leave deputies with no close back up in the South End, normally working completely alone covering ~800 SQ miles. 

-Used his position to try and bully employees into not speaking their mind about Commissioners & the County Attorney because it would reflect badly on him

-Failed to fulfil almost every promise he's made

-Refused to push the County Attorney to actually issue sentences other than probation for multiple repeat offenders

-Ran off the school resource officer and failed to replace them after using it as a key component to his re-election campaign

-Has the highest (non)reported ride-along record with a spouse

(even they only last about an hour on duty and only seem to drive far out into the wilderness every time)

-Hired & Retained a Deputy who failed his psychological exam the first time (looking at you Reeces Pieces)

-Hired & Retained a Deputy who never went through any sort of psychological exam

-Accusing multiple staff from his own & other agencies of leading this inquisition against him
